Delta Geo Works is headed up by Rock Miller, a State of Texas licensed Professional Engineer with 10 years of experience in the Rio Grande Valley and greater South Texas area. Projects that Rock has been a part of range from large tank farms at port facilities and inland fuel transfer locations, docks and loading platforms, multi-story buildings from upper Rio Grande Valley to South Padre Island, large commercial developments, water and waste treatment facilities, TxDOT roadways and bridges, utility infrastructure, residential subdivision developments, airport runways and facilities, solar and wind farm projects and architecturally arresting apartments and residential structures.
